Ashley has 25 years’ experience serving the funds and financial services industry in London and Guernsey, including many London-listed fund boards on IPOs and other capital market transactions, audit and other corporate governance matters.
A partner with KPMG in the Channel Islands since 2002, Ashley transitioned from audit to become its C.I. Head of Advisory in 2008, a position he held through to his retirement from the firm in 2019.
Ashley is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, is a resident of Guernsey, serves on the board of JZ Capital Partners Limited and is Chairman of the Youth Commission for Guernsey & Alderney.
