The portfolio of residential rooftop solar pv installations, owned by York NIHE Ltd, has a total installed generation capacity of c.3,800 kWp.
The portfolio benefits from 4 NIROCs per MWh of energy generated and is also paid for energy generated in excess of each household’s needs that is exported to the grid.
Anesco act as Operations and Maintenance (“O&M”) services provider for these assets. Asset management for the assets is performed in-house by Downing.
