IROC Solar (UK) Ltd owns a portfolio of residential rooftop solar pv installations that have a total installed generation capacity of c.3,644 kWp.

The portfolio benefits from 4 NIROCs per MWh of energy generated and is also paid for energy generated in excess of each household’s needs that is exported to the grid.

Soventix acts as Operations and Maintenance (“O&M”) services provider for these assets. Asset management for the assets is performed in-house by Downing.
