Moray Energy Ltd owns a portfolio of residential rooftop solar pv installations that have a total installed generation capacity of c.200 kWp.
The portfolio benefits from 4 NIROCs per MWh of energy generated and is also paid for energy generated in excess of each household’s needs that is exported to the grid.
Anesco and Soventix act as Operations and Maintenance (“O&M”) services provider for these assets. Asset management for the assets is performed in-house by Downing.
