Bornforsen 1 is located around the Swedish town of Edsbyn in the central area of the country. This forms one part of four hydro plants that can be found on a single river. The site benefits from a long operational history and were refurbished between 2010 - 2013. It operates in the SE3 electricity market price zone and is predicted to generate 3GWh a year.
